I am currently taking commissions on Tsumami Kanzashi. The styles shown here are just examples of some of my work, they can be re-created, but it will never look exactly the same as the one pictured. Prices depend on what you want, the complexity of it, fabric etc.
And yes! I can make them to match a particular loli outfit, I only need some fabric from your made outfit, or scraps from whatever you like. The price will go down if I don't have to provide material. You can also send me your own Centers.
